The General’s Third Award of the Year
The General Insurance is excited to share that our company was recently named to Fortune’s 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list, coming in at number 89! This is the first time The General has received this particular honor, but it is our third recent recognition for being a great place to work! Earning a spot on the Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list follows our recent inclusion on the Fortune 2021 Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ list and our third Great Place to Work® certification.
To earn a spot on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ list and the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list, Fortune works with the Great Place to Work organization. Fortune analyzes feedback from U.S.-based employees to understand how well the company creates a great employee experience that spans race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.
Our Great Place to Work® certification results showed that 91% of our employees say The General is a great place to work. This is 32% higher than the typical U.S.-based company and a strong indication of the positive experience employees share working with us.
