Sherita Kirkendoll is an Assist Line Coach within our Customer Service Department and is based out of Hermitage, Tennessee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Describe your job in one or two sentences.<\/strong> As an Assist Line Coach, my primary responsibility is to assist internal and external callers with any questions they may have regarding policies and customer retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What does a typical workday look like to you?<\/strong> A typical day for me involves a few different things. I accept any incoming calls, submit filings, and generate documents for a state filing \u2013 which vary depending on the state documents are filed. Additionally, I\u2019m able to make policy changes as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What do you enjoy most about your job?<\/strong> I really enjoy helping representatives learn and grow. It\u2019s really rewarding to me to help someone and see them have that \u201cah ha\u201d moment \u2013 that moment where the proverbial lightbulb goes on, and they understand the reason for the call before receiving assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
