The General Insurance<\/a> is excited to share that our company was recently named to Fortune’s 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials\u2122 list<\/a>, coming in at number 89! This is the first time The General has received this particular honor, but it is our third<\/strong> recent recognition for being a great place to work! Earning a spot on the Best Workplaces for Millennials\u2122 list follows our recent inclusion on the Fortune 2021 Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance\u2122 list<\/a> and our third Great Place to Work\u00ae certification<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To earn a spot on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance\u2122 list and the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials\u2122 list, Fortune works with the Great Place to Work organization. Fortune analyzes feedback from U.S.-based employees to understand how well the company creates a great employee experience that spans race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Great Place to Work\u00ae certification results showed that 91% of our employees say The General is a great place to work<\/strong>. This is 32% higher than the typical U.S.-based company and a strong indication of the positive experience employees share working with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work\u00ae notes, \u201cThe Best Workplaces for Millennials\u2122 treat their employees like people, not just employees.
