Instead of receiving printed paper docments in the mail, customers who take advantage of our paperless option will receive email notifications when bills and other policy-related documents are available to view online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Going paperless is free and easy! All you need is a valid email address and a MyPolicy account. (If you don&#8217;t have a MyPolicy account, you can register&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegeneral.com\/mypolicy\/\">here<\/a>.) Signing up is as easy as 1-2-3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegeneral.com\/mypolicy\/\">Log in to MyPolicy<\/a>\u00a0and click \u201dMy Profile\u201d on the top menu bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure your email address is correct and click the \u201dYes, sign me up to Go Paperless!\u201d button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
