Do I need to include all of my vehicles?
Only the vehicles you identify on your application for insurance will be covered until you add them to your policy.
You will be asked to identify any vehicles that you own but not insuring with us, if you decide to purchase a policy.
If you need an SR or FR filing, we must insure all vehicles owned by you or in your household.

Yes, at any point in the process you can save your quote/application by clicking on the "Save and Exit" link. When you come back to our site, select the "retrieve a saved quote" link, and you will be prompted to enter your quote number and password to continue completing your application.
When can my coverage begin?
Your coverage can begin today (effective when you make your payment) or up to 30 days in advance.
Why are household members age 14 and older required to be listed as drivers or excluded?
It is required so that all current and potential future operators of your vehicles can be accounted for on your insurance application.
If I am married, do I need to include my spouse on my application?
Yes, if you indicate that you are married, your spouse must be listed as a driver or excluded on the application.
Where can I find my VIN?
You can locate your VIN on previous insurance documents, your vehicle registration, on the dashboard of your vehicle just below the windshield, or on the driver side doorpost.
Why am I being asked to exclude a driver?
The number of drivers you have included on your application is less than the number of household members, age 14 and older. All household members age 14 or older (and other individuals who regularly operate your vehicle) must be either added as driver or excluded on your application.
Where can I find my Lienholder information?
You can locate your Lienholder information on your previous insurance documents, or on your payment coupons.
Will my quote change if additional accidents or violations are on my Motor Vehicle Record(MVR)?
If additional accidents and violations are identified on your MVR, your quote may change. You will have a chance to review any additional items that are on your driving record and the adjusted quote prior to purchasing your policy.
An accident is showing on my Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that was not my fault?
You can change the accident to a "not-at-fault" accident, but you will be required to submit documentation that clearly demonstrates that you were not at fault in the accident (e.g., copy of police report or other documentation).
If I need to make changes to the drivers, vehicles, coverages, or effective date what should I do?

When will you charge my account?
Your debit / credit card will be charged today for your downpayment. You can elect to have subsequent billings mailed to you or automatically deducted from your checking account. You can also sign-up for online access to your policy where you can make your payments online at your convenience.
How do I make future monthly payments?
You have the option of mailing your payments, making them online, or at a company store if there is one located near you.

What is an "Electronic Signature"?
An electronic signature is a legally acceptable method of obtaining your acknowledgement of the information included in your application for insurance. No special equipment is required to complete the electronic signature.
When can I print my proof of insurance?
After completing the electronic signature and reviewing any required follow-up items, you will be able to print your proof of insurance.
What if I decide to cancel my electronic signature?
You will be required to submit a paper copy of your application that you have manually signed.
Why is additional documentation required?
Additional documentation is required to verify certain discounts on insurance applications.
